Brave Roki’s Ouchy Diaper Moment

Little Roki lay on the soft towel, his diaper gently unfastened by Daddy’s careful hands. The room was quiet, except for Roki’s soft whimpers. He had a small red rash on his bottom—tender and sore—and Daddy had to treat it with betadine.

“Hold still, baby,” Daddy whispered, gently blowing on the spot to cool it down.

But the moment the cotton swab touched his skin, Roki flinched and let out a sharp cry:
“Eeeeh! Eeeek!!”

His little fists curled tight, and his eyes welled up with tears. The sting surprised him—it hurt, even though Daddy was gentle.

“Just a little more,” Daddy said softly, dabbing carefully. “You’re so brave, my boy.”

Roki turned his head away, squirming and grunting. His legs kicked in protest as if saying, “No more, please!”

But Daddy stayed patient, humming softly, trying to keep him calm. He knew it wasn’t easy for a baby to understand that this tiny pain would help him heal.

After the last dab of betadine, Daddy softly patted the area dry and reached for a clean diaper. Roki, still sniffling, stared up at him with watery eyes. But slowly, the crying stopped.

Daddy leaned down and kissed Roki’s forehead. “All done, little hero.”

Roki blinked, then finally relaxed into the towel. A small sigh escaped his lips. The worst was over.

Daddy scooped him up, wrapping him in a soft blanket. Roki tucked his head into Daddy’s chest, comforted by the warm heartbeat and the gentle hold.

Even in pain, Roki knew—Daddy’s love was strong, and his care meant everything.

That night, Roki slept soundly, healing with every heartbeat, wrapped in safety and love. 💞
