It was a lazy afternoon in the house, and little Marrya was sitting comfortably on the soft bed, cuddled in her mommy’s arms. She felt warm, safe, and happy as mommy gently stroked her back.
But TanTan was watching from the side, his eyes filled with jealousy.
“That’s MY spot!” he thought angrily.
He didn’t like seeing Marrya getting all the attention. He wanted to be the one in mommy’s arms!
Without thinking twice, TanTan rushed forward and grabbed Marrya’s arm!
“AHH!!” Marrya squealed as TanTan pulled her hard.
THUMP!!
She lost her balance and fell onto the bed, her tiny arms flailing.
Mommy gasped. “TanTan!! What are you doing?!”
But TanTan didn’t listen. He quickly climbed into mommy’s lap, hugging her tightly.
“Mine! Mine!” he whined, clinging to her like glue.
Poor Marrya sat up, rubbing her arm, her eyes watering.
Mom sighed and gently picked her up again. “TanTan, that was very naughty. You have to share.”
But TanTan just pouted, crossing his arms.
Mom kissed both of them and pulled them into a big hug. “I love you both the same, no need to fight.”
Marrya sniffled but nodded. TanTan slowly smiled too.
Maybe next time, he would ask nicely instead of pulling! 🐵💕
