Brave or Bold? Rojo Bites His Friend Too Hard!

Baby Rojo is known for his fearless energy—always climbing higher, running faster, and jumping further than any of his friends. But today, Rojo’s brave streak went a little too far.

In the warm afternoon sun, the young monkeys were all play-fighting in the corner of the yard. It was supposed to be fun, gentle, and full of silly tumbles. But Rojo, full of excitement and wild energy, got a little too rough.

His friend, Miko, tried to pull a toy from Rojo’s grip, and in a flash—Rojo opened his mouth and bit Miko’s arm. Hard.

Miko squealed and backed away, eyes wide in shock. The other monkeys froze.

Rojo didn’t mean to hurt anyone—he thought it was still a game. But when he saw Miko holding his arm and starting to cry, his face dropped. He realized he had gone too far.

The caregivers rushed over, checking Miko and gently scolding Rojo. Miko had a small red mark, but no serious injury—still, the bite had hurt more in the heart than on the skin.

Rojo sat quietly in the corner afterward, watching his friend from afar. No longer the bold little warrior, now he looked more like a guilty child who didn’t know how to say sorry.

Eventually, Miko came over slowly. Rojo reached out with a small hand and lowered his head. Miko touched his shoulder—and just like that, the friendship started to heal.

Even brave monkeys make mistakes. What matters most is that they learn from them.
