Max’s Big Tantrum: Where’s My Milk

Comments Off on Max’s Big Tantrum: Where’s My Milk

Early in the morning, the shelter was peaceful—except for one little troublemaker. Baby monkey Max was sitting on the floor, his big round eyes fixed on his dad, who was holding a milk bottle. Max could see the warm, delicious milk inside, and his tiny belly rumbled.

But Dad wasn’t giving it to him yet. He was busy with something else, and that was completely unacceptable to Max.

At first, he tried to be patient, making small whimpering sounds and reaching his tiny hands out. But when Dad didn’t immediately hand over the bottle, Max’s patience ran out—completely.

“WAAAAAHH!”

Max threw himself onto the ground, screaming at the top of his lungs. His little fists pounded the floor, his tail flailed, and his face scrunched up in frustration. He wanted milk, and he wanted it now!

Dad glanced at him but didn’t react, knowing Max’s tantrums too well. This only made Max angrier. He rolled onto his back, kicking his tiny legs in protest, shaking his head dramatically. His cries grew louder, demanding attention.

The other monkeys peeked at the scene, some watching in amusement, others seeming slightly annoyed by the noise. Max didn’t care—his hunger was the most important thing in the world!

Finally, after what felt like forever (but was actually just a minute), Dad sighed and handed him the bottle. The second Max saw it, he snatched it up and shoved the nipple into his mouth.

As soon as the warm milk touched his tongue, his cries stopped instantly. He sucked greedily, his tiny hands clutching the bottle tightly. His tantrum was forgotten, and now, all that mattered was his precious milk.

Dad shook his head and chuckled. Max may be stubborn, but at the end of the day, he was just a hungry little baby who needed his favorite comfort—milk.
