Baby Monkey Jasmine’s Heartbreaking Cry

Little Jasmine clung tightly to her mother’s fur, her tiny hands gripping with all the strength she had. She had been feeling safe and warm in her mother’s embrace, but now, things were changing.

Her mother gently tried to put her down on the soft grass, but Jasmine screamed in protest. Her high-pitched cries echoed through the yard as she refused to let go. She kicked her tiny legs and twisted her body, trying to climb back up.

“No! No! I don’t want to go down!” her cries seemed to say.

But her mother had other plans. With a firm but gentle motion, she set Jasmine down. The moment her tiny feet touched the ground, she let out an even louder wail. She threw herself onto the ground, rolling around dramatically, her little face scrunched up in frustration.

The other baby monkeys stopped playing and looked at her curiously. Some seemed amused by her tantrum, while others simply ignored it.

Jasmine, however, didn’t care. She reached her tiny arms up toward her mother, her eyes filled with tears. She wanted to be held again, to feel the comfort of being wrapped in warm fur.

Her mother, watching her closely, sighed and bent down. But instead of picking her up right away, she gently stroked Jasmine’s head, calming her down. Slowly, Jasmine’s cries softened, and her breathing steadied.

After a few more sniffles, she finally gave in, resting against her mother’s side. She might have lost the battle, but she knew that no matter what, she would always be loved.
