The peaceful morning turned chaotic when little Minea, always full of mischief, decided to cause trouble again. Mako, a calm and gentle baby monkey, had been sitting quietly, nibbling on a tiny fruit when Minea approached with a sly look in her eyes.
Without warning, Minea suddenly pushed Mako’s head, making him stumble forward. Mako turned around in shock, his big eyes filled with confusion and hurt.
“What was that for?!” his expression seemed to say, but before he could react, Minea pushed him again, this time harder.
Mako, who usually avoided fights, found himself getting annoyed. He let out a tiny squeak, raising his little hands in defense, unsure if he should fight back or just run. The other baby monkeys stopped playing and turned to watch, some gasping at the unexpected scene.
Then, in the middle of the chaos, Dad appeared. His sharp eyes immediately spotted Minea’s naughty actions. His jaw dropped in shock as he watched his mischievous daughter trying to start trouble.
“Minea!!” his voice boomed.
Minea instantly froze. She turned to look at Dad, realizing that she had been caught red-handed. Mako, seeing his chance, quickly backed away, not wanting to get into any more trouble.
Dad walked over, his face serious. Minea lowered her head, her ears twitching nervously. She knew she had crossed the line this time.
Instead of scolding her right away, Dad simply stood there, his gaze filled with disappointment. That hurt Minea more than any punishment. She slowly shuffled forward and clung to Dad’s leg, seeking forgiveness.
With a deep sigh, Dad gently patted her head, silently reminding her to be kinder. It was a lesson she wouldn’t forget anytime soon.
