Oh no! Poor little TanTan had such a rough day!
Everything started when TanTan was sitting quietly, playing with his toy, feeling so happy and calm. Along came Marry, full of her usual playful energy. She wanted to play with TanTan, but instead of asking nicely, she reached out and — ouch! — grabbed a handful of his soft hair!
TanTan froze for a second, his big eyes wide in shock. Then, as Marry pulled harder, he let out a loud, heartbreaking cry. “Waaahh!” His tiny hands flew to his head, trying to pull her hand away.
Marry, still thinking it was a game, giggled and gave another little tug. But poor TanTan wasn’t laughing. His little face crumpled with sadness, and soon tears streamed down his cheeks.
Mom heard his cries and rushed over. “TanTan, baby, what’s wrong?!” she gasped, quickly seeing Marry holding onto his hair. “Marry! No, no! We don’t pull hair, sweetheart,” mom said firmly, gently taking Marry’s hand away.
TanTan crawled quickly into mom’s lap, still sobbing, his heart feeling broken. He looked at Marry with hurt eyes, as if saying, “Why did you do that? I thought we were friends!”
Mom hugged TanTan tightly, rocking him gently. “It’s okay, baby, you’re safe now. Marry didn’t mean to hurt you.”
Meanwhile, mom gently explained to Marry, “We love TanTan, and we must be gentle. No pulling hair.”
TanTan stayed close to mom for a while, finally calming down when she kissed his head softly.
