Doddy was a playful little baby monkey who loved exploring every corner of the house. His curiosity often led him into trouble, and today was no different. While playing in the yard, he noticed two large clay pots standing close together near the wall. His little mind was filled with excitement as he decided to squeeze through them, just for fun.
With a tiny jump, he wiggled his way between the two pots. But as soon as he reached the middle, he realized something terrible—he couldn’t move! The space was too tight! His tiny arms flailed as he tried to push himself forward, but the more he struggled, the more stuck he became.
Doddy’s eyes grew wide with panic. “Eee! Eee! Eee!” he screamed at the top of his lungs, calling for his mom. His tiny feet kicked desperately, but there was no way out. He looked left, then right, but all he could see were the round, solid walls of the pots trapping him in place.
Hearing his cries, Mom rushed out from the house. The moment she saw him stuck between the pots, she couldn’t help but laugh a little. “Oh, Doddy! What have you done this time?” she said, shaking her head.
Doddy, however, was not amused. He pouted and screamed louder, his little hands reaching out for help. His mom quickly bent down and gently pulled him up by his arms. With one swift move, she freed him from the trap.
The moment he was out, Doddy clung tightly to his mom’s leg, still whimpering. His adventure had turned into a scary experience!
Mom stroked his head gently. “That’s what happens when you’re too curious, little one. Next time, be careful.”
Doddy sniffled but felt safe in his mom’s arms. Lesson learned—some places were just too small for little monkeys!
