It was a bright morning, and little Tourtour sat right in front of the house, his tiny legs stretched out as he impatiently waited. His big round eyes darted toward the kitchen door, where his mom was busy cleaning his milk bottle.

Tourtour had just woken up, and like every morning, the first thing he wanted was his warm bottle of milk. But today, it seemed like Mom was taking forever! He let out a small whimper, shifting his little body side to side, his impatience growing by the second.

After a few minutes, his frustration turned into tiny tantrums. He started tapping his hands on the ground, looking toward the door and making little grunting noises. “Mom! Hurry up!” he seemed to say, his face scrunched up in annoyance.

Then, he tried another tactic—moaning loudly, making sure his mom could hear. His tiny tail flicked behind him as he dramatically threw himself back onto the ground, rolling slightly as if he couldn’t bear the wait any longer.

Finally, Mom stepped out of the kitchen with his freshly cleaned bottle. The moment Tourtour saw it, he jumped up excitedly, his little hands reaching out. His eyes sparkled, and he squeaked in happiness.

Mom chuckled. “You’re such an impatient little boy, Tourtour.”

As soon as she handed him the bottle, he grabbed it tightly, clinging to it as he began drinking greedily. His tantrum was instantly forgotten. With his tummy finally getting full, Tourtour’s frustration melted away, and he let out soft, satisfied sighs.

Mom smiled as she watched him. No matter how impatient he was, he was still her precious little baby.
