The afternoon was supposed to be peaceful, but baby monkey Minea had other plans. She was in one of her moods—stubborn, dramatic, and completely ignoring her mom’s words.
It all started when Minea found a plastic bottle near the kitchen. She grabbed it and started banging it on the ground, making a loud, annoying noise.
“Minea, stop that! Come here!” Mom called, but Minea acted like she didn’t hear. Instead, she banged even harder, a mischievous grin on her face.
Mom sighed and walked over to take the bottle. But the moment she reached for it, Minea shrieked, held it tight, and ran away!
“Minea! No running inside the house!” Mom warned.
But Minea didn’t care. She ran straight to the bed, jumped on it, and started rolling around, kicking her tiny legs in the air.
Mom had enough. She sat down and gave Minea a serious look. “Come here, young lady. Right now.”
Minea stopped for a second. She knew that tone. But instead of obeying, she stomped her little feet and let out a long, dramatic cry. “Eeeeeeeeeh!”
Mom crossed her arms. “Are you done?”
Minea screamed even louder.
Mom took a deep breath and walked over, gently pulling Minea onto her lap. “You need to calm down. No more naughty behavior, okay?”
Minea crossed her arms, still pouting. But as Mom rubbed her back, she slowly started to relax. Her stubbornness melted away, and soon, she was resting her head on Mom’s chest, her tiny tail curling around Mom’s arm.
Mom sighed, smiling. “You’ll always be my little troublemaker.”
