It was almost time for a meal, and Mom was getting everything ready. She wanted little Ronaldo to calm down and sit nicely before eating.
But Ronaldo was in a very spoiled mood that day.
Mom gently told him to wait and behave before the meal started. She wanted him to sit quietly and listen.
Ronaldo didn’t like that at all.
Instead of listening, his face suddenly turned grumpy. His lips pushed forward, and his tiny eyebrows tightened. Then he began to cry loudly.
“Eeeee! Eeee!”
The spoiled little monkey stomped his feet and waved his arms angrily. He refused to sit still and completely ignored Mom’s advice.
Mom calmly repeated her instructions.
“Sit nicely before eating,” she said patiently.
But Ronaldo kept throwing his tantrum. He cried louder and moved around dramatically, showing that he didn’t want to follow the rules.
“Eeeeeee!”
His cries echoed through the room as he continued acting stubborn. It seemed like he wanted the food right away without waiting or behaving.
Mom stayed calm and firm.
She didn’t give the meal until Ronaldo stopped his tantrum and settled down. After a while, Ronaldo’s loud crying slowly faded when he realized Mom wasn’t going to change her mind.
Finally, the little monkey sat quietly.
Mom smiled and then brought the meal.
Ronaldo began eating happily, his earlier tantrum already forgotten.
Sometimes even spoiled little ones must learn that listening and being patient are part of growing up.
