Little Li Eur Cries Angry While Daddy

Daddy thought it was time for little Li Eur to learn something new—

Climbing the papaya tree.

The tree stood tall above him, its rough trunk looking huge to such a tiny baby monkey. Daddy gently encouraged him upward, hoping he would practice being brave and strong.

But Li Eur didn’t feel brave at all.

The moment Daddy placed him near the tree trunk, his tiny face changed instantly.

Wide eyes.

Trembling lips.

Then—

“AHHHHH!”

Li Eur burst into loud, angry crying.

His small hands clung tightly while his little body shook with frustration and fear. He looked down immediately, clearly upset about being so high and unsure where to place his tiny feet.

Daddy tried to encourage him gently. “Come on, baby… you can do it.”

But Li Eur answered with another dramatic scream.

No climbing.

No training.

Only panic.

He wrapped himself tighter against the tree, crying loudly while looking toward Daddy for rescue instead of lessons. Every tiny movement upward made him even more emotional.

Poor little baby.

To Daddy, it was learning.

To Li Eur, it felt terrifying.

Daddy quickly realized he was overwhelmed and carefully lifted him back down into safe arms.

Instant relief.

Li Eur clung tightly against Daddy’s chest, still sniffling angrily but calming now that the scary tree was behind him.

Daddy softly rubbed his back. “Okay… maybe another day.”

Because sometimes, tiny babies need time before they feel ready to face big new challenges—

Even something as simple as climbing a tree.
