Mom Rushes Minea To The Doctor

The morning began like any other, but something wasn’t right with baby monkey Minea. She sat quietly in Mom’s lap, her eyes filled with discomfort. Her tiny finger — once just a small scratch from playtime — had become red and swollen overnight. Mom noticed immediately, her heart tightening with worry.

“Minea, baby, what happened?” she whispered, gently holding her little hand. Minea whimpered, curling her tail and leaning against Mom’s chest. The wound looked worse than yesterday — it was inflamed, and she winced each time Mom tried to touch it. That was enough for Mom to make a quick decision. She wrapped Minea in a soft towel and rushed out the door.

The journey to the clinic was filled with Minea’s soft cries. Every bump in the road made her squeak, and she looked up at Mom with those tearful eyes that seemed to beg for comfort. Mom kept whispering softly, “It’s okay, sweetheart. We’re almost there.”

At the doctor’s office, Minea clung tightly to Mom’s neck, refusing to let go. When the doctor gently examined her finger, she shrieked, kicking and squirming in fear. The wound was clearly infected, and she needed treatment right away. The doctor cleaned it carefully and applied medicine, explaining to Mom how to help it heal faster.

Through her tears, Minea’s body trembled, but Mom held her close the entire time. “You’re so brave, my little girl,” she whispered, kissing her head softly. The pain eased slowly as the medicine began to work, and Minea finally stopped crying. She pressed her face against Mom’s shoulder, exhausted but comforted by her warmth.

On the way home, Minea’s eyes fluttered sleepily. Mom kept one arm around her, rubbing her back gently. Her heart still ached at the sight of that tiny bandaged finger, but she felt grateful — her little girl was safe and cared for.

That night, Minea slept peacefully beside Mom, her bandaged hand resting gently on her blanket. The storm of fear had passed, replaced by love and relief. In that quiet moment, Mom smiled — no matter how small or fragile, Minea would always be her world.
