Chamroeun Yells at Lazy Luna for Ignoring Playtime

Chamroeun was full of energy, swinging from chairs to shelves, hopping with excitement. The sun had risen high, and it was the perfect time to play. With a big grin, she ran over to Luna, expecting her buddy to jump in and chase her around like always.

But Luna just sat there. Eyes half-closed, arms crossed, she looked like she hadn’t slept all night. When Chamroeun nudged her gently, Luna groaned and turned away.

“Come on! Let’s play!” Chamroeun shouted, frustration bubbling up. But Luna didn’t move.

Chamroeun tried again—tugging at her arm, jumping in front of her, even showing off her funniest little spin move. But nothing worked. That was when Chamroeun’s patience finally snapped.

“Luna! You’re so lazy today!” she squeaked, her voice loud and sharp. “I don’t want to play alone!”

The room fell quiet as Luna slowly looked up at her. For a second, neither of them moved.

Luna sighed and looked away, clearly not in the mood. Maybe she was tired, maybe she just wanted a quiet day—but to Chamroeun, it felt like rejection.

She stomped away to a corner, sulking. Her little heart felt hurt, not out of anger, but because she missed her friend.

But just a few minutes later, Luna quietly walked over, holding a toy in her hand. She gently placed it beside Chamroeun without saying a word.

Chamroeun looked up, a small smile forming on her face.

Maybe Luna didn’t want to play like crazy—but she was still her friend.
