Stubborn Misskoi Won’t Sit Still

It was just another calm afternoon in the house—until baby Misskoi turned the dining table into his personal playground.

Mom had just placed his favorite little bowl of mashed bananas on the table and gently told him,
“Sit here nicely, baby. Be calm, okay?”

But Misskoi had other plans.

Instead of sitting, he climbed. Instead of calm, he bounced. His tiny feet tapped the table, hands knocking over the spoon. His tail swished with attitude. He looked straight at Mom and gave a cheeky grin—a clear sign of mischief on the way.

“Misskoi! What did I just say?” Mom called out, gently but firmly.

He froze for a second… then sat.

For about three seconds.

Suddenly, he was back up, wobbling around the table, grabbing a napkin and tossing it into the air like confetti. He let out a squeaky yell, as if declaring victory in a one-monkey rebellion.

Mom sighed, trying not to laugh.

She walked over and picked him up, holding his squirmy body close. “You little rascal,” she whispered, planting a kiss on his forehead. “I just want you safe.”

Misskoi pouted, then snuggled into her chest, knowing she wasn’t really mad.

She set him back on the chair, holding his hands gently. “Let’s try again. Sit. Calm. Eat.”

He blinked up at her with big round eyes… then took one slow bite.

One bite was enough. Because even the most stubborn baby monkeys know—Mom always wins with love. 🥰
