
The peaceful morning was suddenly shattered by a loud, desperate wail. Baby monkey Mody sat on the floor, his tiny hands curled into fists, his mouth wide open as he cried at the top of his lungs. His tummy rumbled, and his big round eyes were filled with frustration.
His mom was busy preparing his milk bottle, but for Mody, waiting even one more second was impossible! He rocked his little body back and forth, his tail twitching impatiently. “Aaaah! Aaaah! Mommy!!” he wailed, kicking his tiny legs on the floor.
Mom turned around, holding the warm milk bottle. “Mody, stop crying! Here’s your milk!” she said gently, but Mody was too dramatic to stop right away.
He grabbed the bottle with both hands, sucking on it furiously, his little cheeks moving fast. His loud cries instantly turned into happy, satisfied gulps. His eyes fluttered closed in relief as the warm milk filled his tummy.
Mom sighed with a smile, stroking his tiny head. “Such a little drama king,” she chuckled.
Within moments, Mody was full and calm. He lay on his back, holding the bottle lazily, his eyes half-closed in contentment. Just minutes ago, he was crying as if the world was ending—now, he was the happiest baby monkey ever!
Mom shook her head, laughing softly. “Mody, you’re always so dramatic when you’re hungry!
