Early in the morning, the peaceful yard was filled with soft sunlight, but baby monkey Yuri was not in a good mood. She sat on a small wooden chair, hugging her favorite blanket, her face scrunched in annoyance. Tiny Minea, full of energy and curiosity, toddled over to Yuri, hoping to play.

Minea chirped excitedly and reached out to touch Yuri’s arm, but Yuri immediately pulled away. Her tiny eyebrows furrowed, and she let out a loud, dramatic scream, “EEEHHH!!” She waved her arms angrily, pushing Minea away.

Minea, startled by the sudden outburst, stepped back but still wanted to be near Yuri. She tried again, crawling closer and gently tugging at Yuri’s blanket. That was the final straw.

“EEEEHHH!!!” Yuri screamed even louder, stomping her tiny feet. She didn’t want to share her blanket, her space, or even the morning air with Minea. She pointed her tiny hand toward the other side of the yard as if ordering Minea to leave.

Minea’s little face crumpled in confusion. She didn’t understand why Yuri was so grumpy. She looked at her for a moment, then turned and slowly walked away, her tiny tail dragging behind her.

Yuri huffed, crossing her arms, still frowning. But as she watched Minea sit alone in a corner, her anger slowly faded. After a few minutes, she sighed, stood up, and dragged her blanket over to Minea. Without saying a word, she plopped down next to her and shared a small piece of her warmth.

Minea’s face lit up with happiness. The moody Yuri had finally calmed down, and though she didn’t say it, she still cared for her tiny friend.
