He continued crying and making spoiled little gestures, pushing away with attitude while protesting every tiny movement Mom made.

Finally, after lots of gentle comforting and patience, Mom successfully finished changing the diaper.
Ronaldo sat there breathing heavily with tiny angry sniffles, still pouting like he had survived something extremely unfair.
Mom softly kissed his tiny forehead.
