Early in the morning, little baby Ricky woke up feeling very hungry. The room was still quiet, but his tiny tummy was already asking for food.
Ricky opened his eyes and looked around.
He expected to see Mom nearby with his breakfast milk, but she wasn’t there yet. For a moment, he waited quietly, hoping she would come soon.
But the hunger grew stronger.
Soon Ricky’s face began to change. His lips trembled, and his big round eyes filled with tears.
Then suddenly—
“Eeeee! Eeeee!”
The hungry baby monkey started crying loudly.
His tiny arms waved in the air while he called for Mom again and again. Ricky kicked his little feet and leaned forward, clearly asking for his morning milk.
It was time for breakfast, and he couldn’t wait.
“Eeeeeee!”
His cries echoed through the room as his empty tummy made him more impatient. Being a small baby, Ricky didn’t know how to wait calmly when he felt hungry.
Hearing the loud crying, Mom quickly came to check on him.
The moment Ricky saw her, he cried even louder but stretched both little arms toward her. Mom smiled softly, already knowing what he needed.
She picked him up gently and brought the warm milk bottle.
As soon as Ricky felt the bottle near his mouth, he grabbed it eagerly and started drinking. Almost instantly, the loud crying stopped.
Now the once-hungry baby monkey sat quietly in Mom’s arms, happily enjoying his breakfast milk.
