In a cozy home filled with baby monkey giggles, bath time was usually a calm routine — but not when Bella was involved.
Baby monkey Bella, full of spunk and sparkle, had been waiting all day for her evening bath. Her brother, Momo, was already in the warm tub, splashing gently, humming his little monkey tune.
Bella stepped in, eyes twinkling.
For the first few minutes, everything was peaceful. Bubbles floated, soft monkey shampoo filled the air, and the two siblings soaked happily.
Then… Bella got that look. The mischievous one.
She reached for the rubber ducky and held it like a microphone. “Attention jungle monkeys!” she squeaked, “We’re live from the bubble concert!”
Momo giggled.
Then Bella took it further — she scooped a big handful of bubbles and plopped it right onto Momo’s head like a foamy hat.
“Hey!” Momo blinked through the soap.
Before he could react, splash! Bella sent a wave of water over the edge of the tub, soaking the bathroom floor.
Their human walked in just in time to see Bella standing proudly, bubbles in her ears, and Momo dripping like a soaked sponge.
“Bella!” the voice was gentle but firm. “No bubble battles in the bath!”
Bella froze, her grin slowly fading. “Uh-oh,” she whispered.
Wrapped in a towel minutes later, she sat beside her brother with a little pout. “Sorry, Momo,” she mumbled.
He smirked. “You made me look like a bubble monster.”
They both burst into laughter.
Her owner smiled from the doorway. “Next time, bubbles stay in the tub, little troublemaker.”
Bella nodded… though her eyes still sparkled with plans for tomorrow’s bath.
