It was a bright and breezy morning, perfect for a quick trip into town. Mom grabbed her helmet, slung her bag over her shoulder, and stepped outside toward the motorcycle. But as soon as Harry spotted her, the little monkey’s eyes lit up with excitement.

“Eeeek! Eeeek!” he chirped, hopping on his tiny feet. He darted toward Mom, his tail swinging with determination.

“Harry, stay inside,” Mom called over her shoulder, smiling. She didn’t expect much cooperation, knowing her curious and adventurous baby boy.

But Harry had no intention of being left behind. He scampered to the motorcycle and clung to the footrest, looking up at Mom with pleading eyes. “Eek-eek!” he cried, pointing at the seat as if to say, Take me with you!

Mom chuckled, shaking her head. “Oh, Harry, you’re such a little rascal. This isn’t a trip for you.”

Harry wasn’t giving up that easily. He climbed up onto the seat, his tiny hands gripping the handlebars like he was ready to ride. He turned to Mom, squealing loudly, demanding her attention.

“Alright, alright,” Mom said with a sigh, lifting him off the motorcycle. “Let’s make a deal. You can sit on the bike for a minute, but then you’re staying home.”

Placing him back on the seat, Harry beamed with pride. He sat tall, puffing out his chest like he was the king of the road. Mom snapped a quick photo of her little rider, laughing at how serious he looked.

“Okay, buddy, time’s up,” she said, lifting him down again. Harry pouted but reluctantly let her go, standing at the gate and waving his little hand as she rode off.

“Next time, Harry,” Mom called, smiling as his cries of protest faded behind her.
