Little baby monkey was fast asleep today, wrapped snugly in a soft blanket by Mom.
The tiny baby looked peaceful at first, with sleepy eyes closed and a relaxed little face.
Everything seemed calm.
But after a while—
The baby began to wiggle.
Tiny legs stretched upward.
Then higher.
And higher.
The sleepy little monkey kept lifting both legs into the air, trying to get comfortable while resting.
“Mmhh…”
Soft sleepy sounds escaped from the tiny baby as he squirmed gently inside the blanket.
Mom noticed the little movements and smiled.
The baby wasn’t crying.
He simply seemed to want a little more room to stretch his tiny legs.
Up went the legs again!
The adorable sight made everyone laugh softly.
Poor sleepy baby looked determined to find the perfect position for a nap.
Mom gently adjusted the blanket so the little monkey could relax more comfortably.
Little by little—
The wiggling slowed.
The tiny legs settled down.
The sleepy sounds faded away.
And the little baby drifted into a peaceful, cozy sleep once again.
Because sometimes, even the tiniest babies like a little extra room—
especially when they want to stretch their little legs during a nap.
