Little baby Ricky sat there, his tiny body trembling with discomfort. His eyes looked watery, and his face showed pure sadness.

Every second was too long.
His eyes searched for Mom, full of need and hope. Tears seemed ready to fall as he continued calling out, unable to calm himself.
The room echoed with his cries.
Mom quickly heard him.
She rushed over, seeing his sad little face and shaking body. Without wasting a moment, she gently picked him up and held him close.
Ricky clung to her immediately.
His loud cries continued for a second—but as soon as he felt her warmth, they slowly began to soften.
Mom quickly prepared his milk.
The moment Ricky saw the bottle, his crying eased. His eyes focused on it, full of relief and urgency.
Then—
The milk touched his mouth.
Everything changed instantly.
The crying stopped.
His body relaxed as he drank eagerly, finally getting what he had been crying for.
Now safe in Mom’s arms, Ricky became calm again—his hunger gone, replaced with comfort and peace.
