Little baby Ricky sat alone on a small chair, his tiny legs barely steady as he tried to balance. The room was quiet, but his face showed something was wrong.
He was hungry.
At first, Ricky looked around slowly, hoping to see Mom coming with his milk. His big eyes searched carefully, full of expectation.
But she wasn’t there yet.
His lips began to tremble.
“Eee…”
The soft sound quickly grew louder.
“EEEEEE!”
Ricky started crying loudly, his voice full of need and impatience. His small hands reached forward, as if trying to call Mom closer.
“Eee! Eee!”
He cried again and again, sitting on the chair but unable to stay calm. His tiny body moved restlessly, showing how hungry and uncomfortable he felt.
Every second felt too long.
He leaned forward slightly, still calling out, hoping Mom would hear him soon.
And she did.
Mom quickly came into the room, hearing Ricky’s loud cries. The moment he saw her, his crying became even louder for a second—as if saying, “Hurry!”
Mom gently picked him up.
She brought the milk bottle and carefully placed it near his mouth. Ricky immediately grabbed it and started drinking eagerly.
Within seconds, the loud crying stopped.
His body relaxed, and the tension disappeared as the warm milk filled his tummy.
Now quiet again, Ricky sat comfortably in Mom’s arms, happily drinking the milk he had been calling for so desperately.
