The house was full of chaos, as usual, with baby monkeys running and climbing everywhere. But today, things took a dramatic turn. Newborn baby NB was crawling slowly on the floor, trying to keep up with the bigger monkeys. His tiny hands and feet wobbled with every move, and his curious eyes sparkled as he explored the room.
Chichi, the grumpy older sibling, sat on the couch, glaring at NB. Chichi had been in a bad mood all morning, and the sight of NB toddling around seemed to make it worse.
“Ee-ee-ee!” NB squealed happily as he found a soft blanket on the floor to play with. He was completely unaware of the storm brewing nearby.
Without warning, Chichi hopped down from the couch, his tail twitching with frustration. He marched straight toward NB, who looked up just in time to see Chichi’s angry face.
And then it happened. Chichi gave NB a hard shove with both hands, sending the tiny baby tumbling onto the floor.
“HO NO..!” Mom exclaimed, rushing into the room.
NB let out the most heart-wrenching cry, his tiny body shaking with sobs. He clutched the blanket tightly as if it could protect him. Tears streamed down his face, and his cries grew louder and more pitiful with every second.
Chichi froze, realizing he was in trouble. Mom scooped up NB, holding him close and whispering soothing words. “It’s okay, baby. Mommy’s here.”
Meanwhile, Chichi tried to sneak away, but Mom caught him with a stern look. “Chichi, that was very naughty! You need to say sorry to your brother.”
NB’s cries finally softened as Mom cuddled him. But one thing was clear—Chichi was on thin ice for the rest of the day.
