Terrified Bunny Cries for Daddy’s Arms

Little Bunny had always been a clingy baby monkey, happiest only when held close in Daddy’s arms. But today, Daddy decided it was time for Bunny to try standing on his own. The moment his tiny feet touched the cool floor, fear filled his heart.

Bunny froze, his big eyes darting around as if the world suddenly felt too big and unfamiliar. Then, with a trembling whimper, the first cry escaped his lips. “Eeeh… eeeeh!” The sound grew louder and more desperate as he stretched his arms up toward Daddy, begging to be picked up again.

But Daddy gently encouraged him, kneeling close. “It’s okay, Bunny,” he whispered. “You’re safe — just try.” Yet, poor Bunny didn’t understand. To him, being on the ground meant being alone. His tiny body started to shake, and his breathing became fast. His cries turned into sobs, echoing through the room as his fear took over. 💔

He tried to crawl toward Daddy, his little hands slipping on the floor, his body trembling as if having a small seizure from stress and panic. Daddy immediately lifted him back up, holding him tightly to his chest.

The moment Bunny felt that familiar warmth, his cries softened. His head buried into Daddy’s shoulder, his body relaxing little by little. The tears stopped, replaced by quiet sniffles and soft hiccups. Daddy rubbed his back gently, whispering, “You’re okay now, my brave boy.”

It took a while for Bunny to calm down completely, but soon, he peeked up at Daddy with wet eyes and a tiny pout. He wasn’t ready to walk yet — and that was okay. What mattered most was that he felt loved, protected, and safe once again in the arms he trusted most.
