Luna cries after banana theft

Comments Off on Luna cries after banana theft

It was lunchtime at the little monkey yard, and Luna was enjoying her favorite snack — a juicy piece of banana mixed with milk. She sat proudly on her little chair, holding the food with both hands, ready to take a big bite. But she wasn’t alone.

Nearby, a curious chicken watched her closely, eyes locked on the banana like it was treasure. Step by step, the chicken got closer… pecking the ground, pretending not to care. Luna didn’t notice — she was too busy enjoying her snack.

Then, in one quick move — peck! — the chicken snatched the banana right from Luna’s mouth!

For a second, Luna froze, eyes wide, still tasting the food that was suddenly gone. Then came the explosion.

She screamed so loud that even the birds on the trees flew away! “Eee! Eee! Eee!” she cried, stomping her feet and waving her tiny arms. The chicken, proud of its victory, ran off with the banana dangling from its beak.

Luna chased after it, tears in her eyes, half angry and half heartbroken. She looked back at her caretaker as if saying, “Did you see that? That chicken stole from me!”

Her caretaker tried not to laugh and quickly brought her a new piece of banana. Luna took it carefully, still pouting, making sure no chicken was nearby this time.

When she finally ate again, she kept glaring at the chicken from the corner of her eye — her little monkey heart still full of revenge.

From that day, Luna learned one thing: never trust a hungry chicken near your snack!
