Titas Throws Fit Over His Favorite Towel

It was bath time in the cozy home where baby monkey Titas lived with his loving human mom. After his warm splashy bath, Mom wrapped him in his favorite soft towel—a fluffy, colorful one he loved more than anything else in the world.

Titas giggled as she dried his fur. He nuzzled into the towel, holding it tightly like it was a part of him. But when Mom tried to take it away to hang it up, everything changed.

“Nooo!!” Titas let out a high-pitched scream and clutched the towel with both tiny arms.

Mom paused. “Titas, it’s just for drying. You don’t need it now.”

But Titas didn’t want to hear logic. He threw himself onto the floor, rolling side to side like a little storm cloud. His face wrinkled into a dramatic sob, and his cries echoed through the room.

“WAAAAAH! EEEEH! NEEEHHH!”

He kicked his legs, flung his arms, and refused to let go of the towel. The drama was real. One moment, he was hugging the towel; the next, he was flopping flat on his belly in protest.

Mom couldn’t help but chuckle a little. “Alright, alright,” she said, sitting beside him. “You can keep it… just for a bit longer.”

Titas paused his performance, blinking up at her through big, teary eyes. He slowly dragged the towel back around his shoulders like a cape and snuggled into it with a soft sigh.

Tantrum over.

Sometimes, it wasn’t about the towel—it was about comfort, love, and feeling safe.

Mom gave him a kiss on the forehead and whispered, “My dramatic little monkey.”
