Jasmine Put in Time-Out After Making Mom Mad

Little baby Jasmine had a fiery spirit—and sometimes, that meant trouble.

This morning, she was in one of her “wild moods.” She pulled at her mom’s tail, tossed her snack on the ground, and even climbed on top of the milk basket, knocking it over like a tiny queen of chaos.

Mama wasn’t having it.

With a sharp look and a warning sound, Mama gave Jasmine the message loud and clear: “Enough.”

But Jasmine only crossed her arms, pouted, and stomped her tiny foot like a dramatic little diva. So Mama gently picked her up, walked her over to the wall, and placed her there with a firm nudge.

Time-out.

Jasmine sat with her back to the group, bottom on the floor, eyes peeking over her shoulder. Her lip stuck out, and she let out a few quiet whines, hoping Mama would change her mind.

But Mama didn’t move.

She stood nearby, watching—but letting Jasmine sit and think about her behavior.

After a few minutes, Jasmine slowly slid down the wall and curled up like a little ball. Her tantrum faded. She wasn’t angry anymore… just embarrassed and a little sad.

Then Mama approached, calm and steady. She didn’t scold her—just picked her up, gave her a soft pat, and carried her close.

Lesson learned.

Jasmine may be mischievous, but she’s learning. And Mama’s love? It never disappears, even after the worst tantrums.

Because sometimes, all it takes is a wall, a timeout, and a second chance. 🐒🧱💕
