Poor little Dorn had a tough day today. When he couldn’t find his mom nearby, his tiny heart broke into a storm of emotions. Searching all around with his teary eyes, Dorn finally spotted a folding chair — and with all the sadness building inside him, he ran straight to it and hugged it tightly as if it could replace the warmth of his mom.

He folded his small arms around the cold chair and started crying his heart out. His cries were full of frustration, longing, and a desperate plea for his mother’s love. The more he hugged the chair, the louder he cried, his little body trembling from the deep emotions he couldn’t understand yet.

Mom, who was busy just a few steps away, heard Dorn’s dramatic cries and rushed over. But poor Dorn, overwhelmed by his feelings, threw an even bigger tantrum! He banged his tiny hands on the chair, refusing to look at Mom as if blaming her for not being there the second he needed comfort.

It was a heartbreaking and touching scene at the same time — a little baby who only wanted one thing: to feel safe in his mother’s arms.

Mom gently scooped Dorn up, whispering sweet words in his ear and kissing his forehead. Slowly, Dorn’s cries softened into little whimpers, his hands still clutching tightly onto her shirt this time instead of the chair.

Within minutes, he fell asleep on her shoulder, exhausted from all the big feelings that had rushed through his tiny body.
