Little A Tong had just finished his warm evening bath, and as usual, his mom wrapped him snugly in a soft towel. The playful bubbles were gone, and now it was time for the bedtime routine that A Tong knew very well—powder time.
But today, something adorable happened.
As soon as Mom laid him down gently on the blanket, A Tong wiggled a little and then—without even being asked—he flipped himself upside down, legs in the air, bottom up. It was as if he was saying, “I’m ready, Mom!”
Mom couldn’t help but smile at his perfect cooperation. “Such a good boy,” she whispered as she opened the baby powder. A Tong stayed still, eyes closed, completely trusting his mom. The cool feeling of the powder tickled him just a little, but he didn’t move. He was calm, relaxed, and peaceful—like a baby cloud floating in dreamland.
Mom gently patted the powder on his soft skin, making sure he stayed fresh and comfortable. A Tong’s breathing slowed, and his little arms curled by his sides. He was already halfway asleep, comforted by the love and warmth surrounding him.
After the powder, Mom placed a clean diaper on him and softly kissed his forehead. A Tong didn’t even stir. Still in his little upside-down pose, he had fallen asleep completely—trusting that Mom would take care of everything.
It was one of those small, precious moments that made Mom’s heart melt. Her little baby wasn’t just growing—he was learning, cooperating, and showing how deeply he trusted her.
As she pulled the blanket over him and watched him sleep, she whispered, “Sweet dreams, my little powder prince.”
