Hungry A Tong Cries Loudly for Milk Bottle

A Tong, the little bundle of energy, was anything but patient when it came to his milk time. This morning, as the sun rose and gentle warmth spread across the shelter, A Tong woke up with one thing on his mind—his bottle of milk.

He looked around his cozy blanket nest, eyes wide and alert. No bottle in sight. No mom nearby. That’s when the panic hit.

Without a second of delay, A Tong let out a powerful cry. His tiny lungs seemed to hold more air than expected as the sharp sound echoed through the room. He rolled over and kicked his legs dramatically, his face scrunched up with frustration. His little belly growled in protest—it was definitely time to eat.

Hearing the familiar cry, his caretaker rushed in holding a fresh warm bottle of milk. But A Tong was already in full tantrum mode. His cries grew louder, arms flailing as he reached out desperately. He didn’t want to wait even a second longer.

As soon as the bottle touched his lips, everything changed.

Instant peace.

He latched on and sucked eagerly, his eyes slowly softening, his hands grabbing the bottle like it was the greatest treasure in the world. His entire little body relaxed, and he let out the tiniest happy sigh while gulping down the milk.

The caretaker chuckled softly. “You’re always so dramatic when you’re hungry, little one.”

A Tong finished the last drop, then looked up with milk still dripping from his mouth, his eyes already beginning to close in sleepy satisfaction.

That crystorm? Forgotten.

With a full tummy and a warm heart, A Tong snuggled back into his blanket, holding his empty bottle like a favorite toy.

For now, he was calm—but they all knew… the next bottle better not come late.
