Newborn Monkey Falls, Angry at Mom

Comments Off on Newborn Monkey Falls, Angry at Mom

The tiny newborn monkey lay on the ground, his face scrunched in frustration.

Mom had been holding him, but somehow—he slipped from her grasp!

It wasn’t a hard fall, but to the delicate baby, it felt like the worst thing ever.

His tiny hands clenched into little fists, and his mouth quivered before—“Eeeeh! Eeeeh!”—he let out a loud, angry cry.

His whole body tensed, his tail flicking as he kicked his little legs in protest.

Mom turned around immediately. “Oh no! My baby!” She rushed to pick him up.

But the newborn refused to calm down. He kept crying loudly, his tiny chest rising and falling as if he was scolding her for letting him go.

Mom kissed his forehead gently, rocking him in her arms. “Shh, I’m so sorry, sweetheart… Mommy’s here.”

Still, the baby pouted, his big, round eyes filled with tears.

Mom held him close, rubbing his soft back, whispering sweet words until—finally—his cries turned into small sniffles.

He buried his tiny face into her chest, breathing softly.

Mom sighed with relief. Her baby was safe.
