Jueur sat on the floor, her tiny body slouched as she looked weak and tired. Something was wrong.
Her usual playful energy was gone. Instead, she clutched her little belly, her face showing discomfort.
Then—suddenly—she gagged!
“Oh no!” Mom gasped as Jueur vomited right in front of her. The poor baby shook, her little hands gripping her tummy as if trying to stop the pain.
Her eyes looked watery, her fur felt warm—she was burning up!
Mom rushed over, gently lifting Jueur into her arms.
“Sweetheart, you’re sick… It’s okay, Mommy’s here.”
Jueur whimpered, her tiny body leaning into Mom’s chest for comfort.
Mom quickly grabbed a towel, wiping her mouth gently.
She checked her forehead—it was hot. Fever.
Jueur let out a soft, tired whimper. She didn’t want to move.

She rushed to prepare some warm water to cool Jueur down, whispering comforting words the whole time.
