Little Yuri sat on Mom’s lap, eyes locked on the delicious food in front of her.
Mom took a bite—Mmm! So tasty!
Yuri’s tiny nose twitched. She wanted some too!
She reached out her little hands. “Eeeh! Eeeh!” (Give me some, Mom!)
But Mom shook her head. “No, Yuri. This is spicy!”
Yuri froze.
Did Mom just say… NO?!
Her tiny face twisted in fury. Her little hands clenched into fists.
Mom took another bite, and that was it—Yuri exploded!
“EEEEEEEEEEHHH!!”
She stomped her tiny feet, her tail twitched, and she puffed up like an angry balloon!
Mom tried to stay firm, but she couldn’t stop laughing at her dramatic baby. “Oh, Yuri, you’re too little for spicy food!”
Yuri didn’t care. It wasn’t fair!
She crossed her arms, pouting hard. She refused to look at Mom. Silent protest mode: Activated.
Mom kissed her little forehead. “I’ll get you something safe, okay?”
A moment later, Mom gave her a soft, sweet fruit.
Yuri sniffed it. Not spicy… but tasty!
She took a bite, still sulking—but her tail wiggled happily.
Mom smiled. “See? No more spicy tantrums!”
Yuri pretended to stay mad, but deep down, she was just happy Mom still spoiled her.
