Janna’s Early Days: A Journey of Nurturing, Feeding, and Tenderness

On February 15, 2020, I welcomed a tiny, week-old baby monkey named Janna into my life. She was so small, with delicate features and a soft, downy coat that barely covered her little body. From the moment I held her, I knew she needed the utmost care and attention.

Caring for Janna

Caring for Janna was a delicate and constant task. I created a warm, safe space for her, filled with soft blankets and a few small toys. Her favorite was a little stuffed animal that she would cling to with her tiny hands. I made sure she was always comfortable, adjusting the blankets around her to keep her warm, and often held her close to my chest, where she could feel my heartbeat and stay calm.

Feeding Janna

Feeding Janna required patience and gentleness. Her tiny size meant she needed small, frequent feedings of a special formula. I prepared her bottle carefully, making sure the milk was at just the right temperature. Holding her gently, I would bring the bottle to her lips, and she would suckle with her tiny mouth, her big eyes looking up at me. After each feeding, I would cradle her in my arms, patting her back until she let out a soft burp, followed by a contented sigh as she nuzzled into my shoulder.

Janna’s Cries

Janna’s cries were soft yet insistent, a clear sign that she needed something. Whether it was hunger, discomfort, or simply the need for comfort, I quickly learned to respond to her needs. When she cried, I would pick her up and hold her close, whispering soothing words and gently rocking her until her cries subsided. Often, she would fall asleep in my arms, her tiny fingers wrapped around mine, her breathing soft and steady.

A Spoiled Little Janna

It didn’t take long for Janna to become the apple of my eye, and I couldn’t resist spoiling her just a bit. She loved being carried around, and I would often take her with me wherever I went. She had a favorite blanket, soft and plush, that she would cuddle with when she wasn’t nestled in my arms. I made sure she had it with her at all times, and she would wrap herself up in it, her little face peeking out as she looked up at me with those big, trusting eyes.

As the days went by, Janna grew stronger and more curious. She began to explore her surroundings, but always stayed close to me, seeking the comfort and security she had come to rely on. Her playful nature started to emerge, and soon, she would engage in little games, her tiny squeals of delight filling the air.
