Inside the house, the soft morning light filtered through the window as Mom prepared warm milk for her little ones. The smell of fresh milk filled the air, and the baby monkeys were eagerly waiting, their tiny hands reaching out, impatient for their treat.

Among them was a tiny newborn baby monkey, barely a few days old. He lay on a small blanket, his fragile body still adjusting to the world. His little fingers twitched as he listened to the sounds of his siblings moving around. But before he could relax, a shadow loomed over him.

It was Marry, an older monkey, known for her mischievous behavior. She watched the newborn with narrowed eyes, jealousy flickering inside her. She didn’t like how Mom was giving extra attention to the tiny baby.

Without warning, Marry reached out and bit the newborn’s tiny hand! A sharp cry broke through the air as the baby flinched, his whole body trembling in fear. Tears welled in his eyes, and his soft cries turned into heartbreaking wails.

Hearing the sudden cry, Mom turned around quickly. Seeing the newborn’s frightened face and Marry’s guilty expression, she rushed over. “Marry! No!” she scolded, gently pushing her away.

The tiny baby clung to Mom’s chest, sobbing softly. She kissed his head, rubbing his tiny back to comfort him. Marry sat in the corner, her ears drooping, unsure of what to do.

As Mom continued to prepare the milk, she glanced at Marry, sighing. Maybe Marry just needed love too. Would she learn to be gentle? Or would jealousy continue to burn in her heart?
