ChiChi was in a terrible mood. The little monkey had been sitting comfortably on the wooden platform, playing with a soft leaf, when Linda suddenly pushed her away!
“EEEEEH! EEEEEH!” ChiChi screamed, her tiny fists clenched in anger. Her tail flicked back and forth as she stomped her little feet on the ground. She wasn’t going to let this slide!
Linda, who was just a bit bigger, looked at ChiChi with a smug face. She didn’t care that ChiChi was mad—she had wanted that spot for herself!
ChiChi, now furious, ran back toward Linda and tried to push her back. But Linda was quick! She jumped up onto a higher branch, looking down at ChiChi with a teasing grin.
This only made ChiChi angrier. Her tiny face scrunched up, and she screamed even louder, her voice echoing through the trees.
Their mother, who had been watching from a distance, finally had enough. She rushed over, grabbing ChiChi by the arm and pulling her close.
“Enough, ChiChi!” Mom scolded, pointing her finger.
But ChiChi wasn’t done. She kept grumbling and whining, her little hands waving in frustration.
Linda, still on the branch, stuck out her tongue playfully, making ChiChi’s fur stand up in rage again.
Would ChiChi calm down? Or was she already planning her revenge?
