It was a sunny morning in the backyard, where playful baby monkeys Minea and Monica enjoyed chasing each other around. The two mischievous little ones giggled and squeaked as they darted between bushes and hopped over garden rocks. Everything seemed peaceful — until they accidentally wandered too close to the coop.
Inside the wooden pen, Mommy Chicken, known for being fiercely territorial, clucked aggressively as she watched the two monkeys nearing her precious nest. Her feathers fluffed up in rage, and without warning, she launched herself into full attack mode.
“BAWK!!” Mommy Chicken flapped her wings furiously, charging straight at the playful duo.
Minea screamed in shock, grabbing Monica’s tiny hand as they tried to escape the unexpected ambush. The baby monkeys stumbled over each other, eyes wide in terror as the chicken’s sharp beak and wild flapping wings came dangerously close.
At that very moment, Dad, who had been peacefully sipping tea on the porch, witnessed the chaotic scene. His heart skipped a beat.
“Oh my GOD!” Dad gasped, clutching his chest. The sight of the fearless chicken attacking his beloved baby monkeys was too much to bear. His teacup clattered to the ground.
Monica managed to pull Minea behind a garden pot just in time, both panting heavily as they peeked out at the relentless chicken.
Mom finally rushed onto the scene, waving a broom frantically. “Shoo! Get back in your coop!” she yelled, driving the furious Mommy Chicken back toward the nest.
As peace was finally restored, Dad slumped back onto his chair, still clutching his heart. “I can’t believe… a chicken nearly gave me a heart attack,” he muttered, shaking his head in disbelief.
Minea and Monica, now safe, exchanged wide-eyed glances before bursting into nervous giggles. It was a day they’d never forget — narrowly escaping the wrath of a mommy chicken.
