Yuri Gets Dramatic When Mom Just Tells Her to Sit Properly

It was a peaceful afternoon, with sunlight streaming gently through the trees. Baby monkey Yuri sat on the wooden bench next to her mom, fidgeting as usual. Her tiny feet dangled in the air, and her tail swayed impatiently.

“Yuri, sit properly,” her mom said gently, noticing her restless posture.

At first, Yuri ignored the request, kicking her little feet playfully. But when her mom repeated the instruction in a firmer tone, Yuri’s eyes widened dramatically.

“Sit properly, Yuri.”

And that was it.

Yuri gasped loudly, as though the sky had just fallen. She clutched her chest with both tiny hands and let out a theatrical squeal, drawing unnecessary attention from nearby monkeys. Her lips trembled, and she tilted her head back like a performer on stage.

Her mom blinked in disbelief. “Yuri, what’s this now?”

Instead of answering, Yuri flopped onto the bench, throwing one arm over her forehead as if she were fainting from unbearable tragedy. Her tail curled up stiffly as her whole body shook in defiant frustration.

“You just need to sit properly. That’s all,” her mom sighed, trying not to laugh at the ridiculous display.

But Yuri wasn’t done. She sat up dramatically, pouted, and crossed her arms. “Why do I have to sit properly?” her exaggerated expression seemed to demand.

Her mom reached over, gently pulling Yuri upright. “Because you’re a big girl now,” she said with a smile.

Though clearly not convinced, Yuri begrudgingly obeyed, huffing and puffing all the while.

“See? Not so hard,” her mom teased.

Yuri gave one last dramatic sigh, clearly thinking she had suffered the greatest injustice. But within seconds, she was smiling again, forgetting the “terrible” scolding as she swung her feet cheerfully.
