Baby Monkey’s Daily Crying Routine: Never Happy About Bath Time After a Diaper Change

Every morning followed the same routine in Mom’s house.

First came a fresh diaper change.

Then a warm bath in the little tub.

And finally, a delicious bottle of milk waiting as a reward.

It was a simple routine.

At least for Mom.

But for baby monkey Coco, it felt like the biggest challenge of every single day.

As soon as Mom removed his old diaper, Coco already knew what was coming next.

The bathtub.

His tiny face immediately changed.

His happy smile disappeared.

His little lips began to tremble.

Mom couldn’t help laughing.

“Oh no… you already know, don’t you?”

Coco answered with a loud, dramatic squeak.

Mom gently carried him to the small bathing tub in the backyard and carefully lowered him into the warm water.

The moment his tiny feet touched the water, the performance began.

“Waaaaa!”

Coco threw both little arms into the air and cried as though the warm bath was the most unfair thing in the world.

He looked up at Mom with wide, pleading eyes, hoping she might suddenly change her mind.

Surely today they could skip bath time.

Surely drinking milk first would be a much better idea.

But Mom simply smiled.

“We have to get clean before breakfast.”

Coco strongly disagreed.

He splashed the water with his tiny hands and let out another dramatic cry.

His little face looked so serious that anyone watching might have believed something terrible had happened.

But Mom knew the truth.

This happened every morning.

Like clockwork.

No matter how warm the water was.

No matter how gentle she was.

Coco always protested.

As Mom carefully washed his tiny hands, feet, and soft fur, the little monkey continued complaining in a series of loud squeaks and dramatic cries.

Every few moments, he looked toward the house, almost hoping someone else might rescue him from bath time.

Dad walked by carrying fresh clothes and couldn’t help smiling.

“Still arguing with the bathtub?”

Coco answered with another loud squeal.

Dad laughed.

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

Mom gently rinsed the soap away and wrapped the tiny monkey in a warm, fluffy towel.

Instantly, the crying became quieter.

Then she cuddled him close for a moment.

The little monkey rested his head against her shoulder, still making tiny grumbling noises as if he wanted everyone to know he had survived a very difficult experience.

Finally, Mom reached for his warm bottle of milk.

The moment Coco saw it, everything changed.

The tears disappeared.

The unhappy expression melted away.

His eyes sparkled with excitement as he eagerly reached for the bottle.

Mom smiled knowingly.

“So now bath time is forgiven?”

Coco made a happy little squeak before drinking eagerly.

Within minutes, his little tummy was full, his clean clothes were on, and he was happily sitting in Mom’s lap as though the morning drama had never happened.

Mom gently kissed the top of his head.

Every day began with the same protest.

Every day ended with the same peaceful cuddle.

Perhaps Coco would never truly enjoy bath time.

But he always loved the warm hugs, clean clothes, and full bottle waiting afterward.

And deep inside, even if he complained every single morning, he knew one important thing.

Every bath, every diaper change, and every gentle cuddle was Mom’s way of saying, “I love you enough to take care of you.”

Sometimes, even the loudest tears are simply part of growing up—and of being deeply loved.
