Little Cheekie was not enjoying bath time today.
The moment Daddy brought him near the water, the tiny baby’s face already started looking worried. His little hands clung tightly while nervous eyes watched every movement carefully.
Then—
Daddy gently poured water over him.
“AHHHHH!”
Cheekie instantly burst into loud crying.
His tiny body trembled while tears mixed with the bath water running down his little face. Every time Daddy tried washing him gently, the emotional baby cried again and again without stopping.
Poor frightened baby looked completely overwhelmed.
“MAMAAA!”
He cried loudly while trying to cling closer to Daddy, clearly wanting the scary bath to end immediately.
Daddy stayed patient and gentle the entire time, softly speaking comforting words while carefully cleaning the tiny baby.
“It’s okay, Cheekie…”
But Cheekie continued sobbing sadly through almost the whole bath, making tiny emotional cries while shivering from the strange wet feeling.
Finally—
Bath time ended.
Daddy quickly wrapped the poor baby inside a warm soft towel and held him close against his chest.
Little by little—
The loud crying softened into tiny exhausted sniffles.
The tiny baby relaxed safely once he felt warm, dry, and protected again.
Because sometimes, for tiny babies—
bath time feels much scarier than adults understand.
