The tiny newborn baby monkey wanted only one thing—
To stay in Mom’s arms.
But today, Mom gently placed him down on the floor to let him play for a little while.
At first, the newborn looked confused.
His tiny eyes blinked slowly while he sat there quietly, looking around at the toys and soft floor beneath him.
Then—
His pout appeared.
Little lips trembled.
And suddenly—
“AHHHHH!”
The tiny newborn exploded into moody crying.
His little body shook with anger and frustration while he waved his tiny hands dramatically toward Mom. Tears rolled quickly down his cheeks as he protested being left on the floor alone.
Poor emotional baby didn’t want toys.
He didn’t want playtime.
He only wanted Mom holding him close.
“MAMAAA!”
He cried louder and louder while trying to crawl closer desperately, clearly offended that Mom thought the floor was acceptable.
Mom softly comforted him. “Play a little, baby…”
But the newborn refused completely.
The tiny tantrum continued until Mom finally picked him back up into warm cuddles.
Instant peace.
The loud cries faded into tiny sniffles while the newborn rested safely against her chest again, finally calm and satisfied.
Because sometimes, tiny moody babies believe—
Mom’s arms are the only place worth being.
