Hungry Baby Cries Outside

Comments Off on Hungry Baby Cries Outside

The poor little baby monkey sat outside, his tiny body looking weak and restless.

The world around him felt big.

Too big.

And he was hungry.

Very hungry.

“Eee… eee…”

A soft cry came at first, his small voice barely noticeable in the open space. His eyes looked around, searching—hoping to find Mom.

But she wasn’t there yet.

His tummy felt empty.

Uncomfortable.

Then suddenly—

“EEEEEE!”

He burst into a loud, desperate cry, his voice echoing in the outdoor air. His tiny body shook as he cried harder and louder.

“Eee! Eee!”

He called again and again, his little hands moving as if reaching for someone who wasn’t there yet.

He didn’t understand where the milk was.

He only knew he needed it.

Now.

His cries filled the space, full of need and longing.

Then—

Footsteps.

Mom appeared.

The moment he saw her, his cries grew even louder for a second—this time mixed with relief.

She quickly came close and gently picked him up, holding him safely.

Instantly—

His crying softened.

His body relaxed.

Soon, the milk was ready.

As he began to drink, everything changed.

Silence.

Calm.

Comfort.

For this little one, hunger feels overwhelming—but the moment he’s fed and held, the world feels safe again.
