It was a busy afternoon when little Koy began acting in a very naughty mood. The small baby monkey was sitting nearby while Mom prepared food and cleaned the room.
At first, everything seemed normal.
But soon Koy started doing things she knew she shouldn’t do. She grabbed items from the table and threw them on the floor. When Mom told her gently to stop, Koy simply ignored the warning.
Mom tried again to guide her.
“Koy, don’t do that,” Mom said softly.
But the stubborn little monkey only made a cheeky face. She turned away and continued playing roughly with the objects around her.
Soon she even knocked a small bowl off the table.
The loud sound surprised everyone.
Mom finally became upset. She looked at Koy with a serious expression because the little monkey was clearly not listening at all.
Instead of stopping, Koy shouted back with a loud complaining sound.
“Eeee! Eeee!”
Her naughty attitude made Mom feel very frustrated. The baby monkey showed no respect and kept behaving badly even after several warnings.
Mom calmly picked up the mess and then sat close to Koy.
With a firm but caring voice, Mom showed her that bad behavior was not acceptable. Koy slowly realized Mom was truly unhappy.
The naughty little monkey finally became quiet.
Her playful attitude faded, and she sat still for a moment, understanding that she had made Mom angry.
Even though Koy sometimes acts stubborn and disrespectful, Mom continues teaching her patiently.
Because growing up means learning how to behave better each day.
