Little baby Minea looked very upset. She sat alone and kept looking around, searching for her mom.
But Mom wasn’t holding her.
For a tiny baby like Minea, that felt very uncomfortable and lonely. Her small face slowly changed, her lips trembling as her eyes filled with tears.
Then suddenly—
“EEEEEE!”
Minea cried out with a very sharp and loud cry.
Her tiny voice sounded desperate as she waved her little arms in the air. She clearly wanted Mom to come and pick her up.
The poor baby cried again and again.
“Eeeee! Eeee!”
Her small body shook while she kicked her feet and leaned forward, reaching out as if hoping Mom would appear and hold her.
Every moment without Mom made her cry even louder.
The sharp cries echoed through the room, showing how badly she wanted comfort. Minea didn’t want toys or anything else—she only wanted to be in Mom’s arms.
Finally, Mom came closer after hearing the loud crying.
The moment Minea saw her, she stretched both tiny hands upward while still crying. Mom gently picked her up and held her close to her chest.
Almost immediately, the sharp crying began to fade.
Minea rested her head against Mom and slowly calmed down, making small sniffles instead of loud cries.
Sometimes for little Minea, the only thing that makes everything better is Mom’s warm hug and care.
