Little monkey Zhuly was playing happily around the room. She moved here and there, touching things curiously and exploring everything like most young monkeys love to do.
While she was busy playing, something unexpected happened.
Zhuly suddenly stopped in the middle of the floor. She squatted down quietly for a moment… and then oops—she pooped right there on the floor!
After finishing, Zhuly simply stood up and walked away like nothing had happened. She didn’t realize she had done something wrong.
A few moments later, Dad came into the room.
The first thing he noticed was the mess on the floor. Then he looked at Zhuly, who was still playing happily nearby.
Dad gently called her over.
Zhuly walked toward him with innocent eyes, not understanding what the problem was. Dad pointed at the floor and spoke to her calmly, showing her the mess she made.
His voice wasn’t angry, but serious.
He was teaching her that the floor is not the right place for that. Zhuly looked at the spot, then back at Dad, tilting her head as if trying to understand the lesson.
Dad patiently explained and showed her where she should go next time.
Zhuly listened quietly, her playful mood slowing down. Even though she might not fully understand yet, she realized Dad was teaching her something important.
Afterward, Dad cleaned the floor and gently patted Zhuly’s head.
Growing up means learning many new rules.
And for little Zhuly, today was one of those learning moments—understanding that even playful monkeys must learn good habits.
