Ronaldo Screams in Joy as Mama Comes

Ronaldo, a tiny baby monkey with big curious eyes and an even bigger mouth, sat on the wooden bench outside the house. His little fingers tapped nervously, and every few seconds he looked toward the pathway as if expecting someone important to appear. He had been waiting for what felt like forever, and his young heart couldn’t hold still. Ronaldo missed his mom terribly, and today she was finally coming home.

His keeper tried giving him fruit to distract him, but he took only one bite before dropping it to the ground. Nothing mattered right now except seeing the one he loved most. His ears twitched at every sound—rustling leaves, footsteps, passing birds—but none of them were the one he was waiting for.

Then, suddenly, he heard it. The familiar footsteps. A gentle voice calling his name in that special tone only a mother uses. Ronaldo froze for a moment, as if his mind couldn’t believe it was real. But the second his eyes spotted his mom coming down the path, everything inside him burst like fireworks.

He opened his mouth wide—much wider than seemed possible for such a small baby—and let out a loud, hilarious scream of pure excitement. His arms shot up, his tail flipped with joy, and he bounded toward her like a baby rocket. The keeper couldn’t help laughing at how dramatic his reaction was.

Ronaldo jumped straight into his mother’s arms, nuzzling his face into her chest while making tiny squeaks of happiness. His mom wrapped him close, gently stroking his back to calm his shaking body. For a moment, the world around them disappeared. There was no worry, no loneliness—only the warm reunion between mother and child.

Ronaldo continued chattering excitedly, as if telling her every single thing she had missed.
He had waited, he had hoped—and now, finally, his mom was home.
