Twin Baby Ronaldo Cries for Mommy’s Arms

Twin baby Ronaldo lay on the soft blanket, his tiny body shaking with each heartbreaking cry. His little chest heaved up and down, desperate and frantic, as he reached both arms into the air—begging, pleading, hoping his mom would scoop him up just like she always did with Selena. His twin sister never had to wait long; one little fuss and Mommy’s arms wrapped around her instantly. But today, Ronaldo felt left behind, unnoticed, lost in a world too big for his tiny heart.

His cries grew louder, sharp and trembling, echoing through the room like a tiny broken song. His eyes filled with tears that spilled down his cheeks in warm, trembling drops. He kicked his little feet, not in anger, but in pure longing—those small movements saying the words he couldn’t speak:
“Mommy, please… I want you too.”

Selena sat nearby, calm and cozy in their mother’s arms. Ronaldo watched her, his face full of confusion and hurt. He adored his sister, but in that moment he couldn’t understand why she was being hugged while he was still lying alone. His tiny hands reached again, fingers stretching as far as they could, as if grabbing the air between them might pull Mommy closer.

His mom finally turned toward him—and Ronaldo froze. His crying stopped for half a second. His teary eyes widened with hope. And then the softest, saddest little whimper escaped him, as if he was saying, “You came… I’ve been waiting.”

Mommy lifted him gently, his body instantly melting into her chest. He pressed his face against her, his sobs turning into tiny muffled hiccups. Selena reached out a hand and touched her brother’s arm, as if sharing the comfort.

In Mommy’s arms, held close at last, Twin Baby Ronaldo finally felt whole again.
