Queen Jenna’s Royal Tantrum

Baby Jenna was known in the rescue family as the “little queen.” Everyone adored her — her soft golden fur, her sparkling eyes, and her confident little attitude. She loved being held, cuddled, and carried everywhere by her mom. To Jenna, the world only felt right when she was in her mom’s arms.

But one sunny afternoon, her mom gently placed her down on a soft blanket so she could prepare food. Jenna blinked, surprised. What? Down? Her little face twisted in disbelief. This was unacceptable for the “queen”!

Within seconds, her royal tantrum began. She stomped her tiny feet, puffed her cheeks, and let out a sharp squeal that grew louder and louder. Her tail flicked furiously as she reached up toward her mom, demanding to be carried again. “Ee-eee! Ee-eee!” she cried, voice full of drama.

Her mom turned, trying to hide a smile. “Oh, Jenna,” she sighed, “you can’t be carried all the time, my little one.” But Jenna didn’t care — she wanted cuddles, not rules.

After a few moments of her fierce little protest, the caretaker picked her up to calm her down. Instantly, Jenna stopped crying. She wrapped her arms tightly around her mom’s neck and pressed her cheek close, letting out a tiny satisfied hum.

Her mom couldn’t help but laugh softly. “You really are my little queen,” she whispered.

As they played together afterward, Jenna’s smile returned — all tantrums forgotten. She felt safe again, surrounded by love and warmth.

That day, the “royal lesson” was clear: Queen Jenna didn’t rule a kingdom of gold, but a kingdom of hearts — and in her tiny world, cuddles were the crown she wore best.
